The Black Sea team wishes everybody Happy New Year! We hope that in 2023 peace and reason will reign finally to the world.

We would like to inform you that the last version of our new publication by Evrydiki Sifneos, Oksana Υurkova  and Valentina Shandra (eds), Port-Cities of the northern shore of the Black Sea:  Institutional, Economic and Social Development,  18^th – early 20^th Centuries, Black Sea History Working Papers, volume 2, Rethymnon, 2021, has been uploaded. This last version includes the misplaced last chapter 18 “Perceptions of Odessa in a Changing World. The Rise of a Port-City and its Public Image Among the Greeks by professor Nassia Yakovaki .

There is more to come! Two more books have been uploaded, which have been also a result of the Black Sea programme. These are:
